Kostyashkin I. Сitizens' right of common of land usage.

The research deals with law nature, conceptual apparatus, legal maintenance and order of the realization of citizens' right of common land usage. Essential features have been distinguished and the notion of the right of common land usage has been defined as the results of analyses. It has been determined, that for the system of legal norms that regulates the realization of the right of common land usage, the presence of correspondent legal features is natural. These legal features allow to consider it as the institute ecological and land low that is in the process of formation. Most of research is devoted to land plots, groups and categories of lands that can be used behind own will, without observing special procedures, and it has become the ground for defining the objects of citizens' right of common land usage. The peculiarities realization of the right of common land usage related to certain categories of land and groups of land, have been researched thoroughly.
