Golyuk V. External Factors Influence on Fuel and Energy Complex of Ukraine

Theoretic and practical aspects of external factors influence on fuel and energy complex of Ukraine have been researched in the paper. Internal structure of Ukrainian fuel and energy complex has been analyzed. Peculiarities of its development under external factors influence have been researched. These are globalization, transnationalization, Eurasian fuel market conjecture, its infrastructure and its basic subjects' activity. Principles of Eurasian fuel market subjects' interdependence degree analysis have been proposed. Its operation on example of European gas market researching has been demonstrated by the author. The conclusion of too high Ukrainian energy dependence on Russia degree takes place and the necessity for strengthening own energy security by fuel import sources diversification has been made.
