Grybok I. Appeal against executive administrative decisions

The dissertation is devoted to researches of administrative appeal as form of extrajudicial defense of rights and freedoms of the physical and legal persons, infringed by the decisions, actions and inaction of executive bodies. In work the notion, theme and principles of administrative appeal are revealed, the basic organizational legal guarantees which are called to provide the proper function of the given legal institution examined. In thesis research the analysis of specific features of the legal regulation of public relations which arise up during appealing by the physical and legal persons of decisions, actions (inaction) of executive bodies by administrative measure done. Research of such legal categories as an administrative legal dispute, administrative complaint, administrative production of complaints are conducted. According to the results of the research the suggestions, directed on the improvement of the legal regulation of administrative order of appeal decisions, actions and inaction ofexecutive bodies are formulated by the author of the thesis in particular, concrete suggestions about bringing of changes in Law of Ukraine "About the appeal of citizens", project of the Administrative - procedural code of Ukraine, other normative legal deeds.
