Korsikova N. Structural economical mechanism of scientific- technological development of an industrial complex in Ukraine

Object – processes of scientific-technological development in industry. The purpose generalization and working out of theoretical-methodological principles and methodical decisions in the formation of the modern system of organizational-economical instruments which can ensure an activization of scientific- technological activity and development of industrial complex. Methods – systems analyses; economical and statistical; causal investigatory analyses; need-satisfaction; situational and Delphi approaches. Newness: conceptual propositionals concerning the modification of economical mechanism of overcoming scientific- technological lag in industrial complex from general management to separate elements at the level of subjective management. Results: methods of scientific-technological restructuring of industrial enterprises is proposed: the formation of complex system to overcome scientific-technological lag of the region. It has been applied in industrial enterprises in Ukraine; in educational process of ONU by I.I. Mechnikov. Sphere of application – industry, higher education.
