Orlova O. Economic constituents of the mechanism of interaction of operators in the telecommunication sphere

Object - process of functioning of economic mechanism of management in the field of telecommunication. Goal - development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations, aiming to increase effectiveness of Ukraine telecommunication field functioning by the way of improvement of economic interaction mechanism of operators, providing telecommunication services. Methods - economical-statistical, analytical and logical, system and technical- economical analysis, economical-mathematical modeling. Novelty - for the first time is developed method of determining of a part of income received from long distance and international telephone services and are formulated initial scientific methodological preconditions of development of models for defining operators expenses for generally available telecommunication services; system of operators models for providing generally available telecommunication services has been constructed. Results - directions and ways of development of mechanism of economical interaction of operators of telecommunication has been constructed. Applied - in scientific-research work: in Odessa Scientific research Institute of telecommunication and Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Radio and Television, in teaching process of ONAT.
