Sobolev V. Comparative antimicrobic activity, characteristic of antifungin, nithrofungin and other specimens

This dissertation is dedicated to the development and research of a new home-produced antimicrobic medicinal specimen ANF, which was created according to the planned science-researching programs. During this research the high antimicrobic activity of ANF in comparison with NF, DK, NAH-4, DM, MR was shown. 152 museum strains which were taken fresh from the organism of the patient's microorganisms were used in the research. Excretion and identification of microorganisms were done by common excepted methods. A sensibility of gained strains towards 18 antibiotics, ANF, NF, DK, MR, NAH-4, DM was determined. It was shown that different unfavourable physico-chemical factors (ph-protein, microbic load) didn't make any serious influence on antimicrobic activity of ANF, DK, DM, NAH-4, MR. Usage of ANF brought to the clinical recovery of 480 patients with the diagnosis of pityriasis versicolor, epidermophytosis, microsporia, candidiasis, streptostaphylodermia. By the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine it was allowed for medicinal usage and industrial production.
