The dissertation provides the complex analysis of legal aspects of the delegation of authorities by local bodies and problems that arrise in the process of delegation of authorities by local bodies. This dissertation provides analysis of the current way of implementation and perspectives of the institution of delegated authorities development in Ukraine. Scientific sence of the delegated authorities described via place and role of the delegated authorities in local public power bodies. Major characteristics of the delegated authorities are also provided. Ways and conditions of authorities' delegation investigated. Classification of delegated authorities generalized. Author also proposes her own model of delegated authorities' classification. In this dissertation recommendations and the conceptual positions aimed to increase effectiveness of delegated authorities implementation in the area of the local public power bodies are formulated.
