Golovkin O. The Grope Criminality and Its Prevention

In the thesis the problem of prevention of grope criminality is researched. In this the aspects, which personify heightened social dangerous of the grope criminality work are determined. In the thesis the concept of grope crime is analyzed. A special attention is paid to the problem of correlation of grope and organized criminality, which are separate specific sorts in common structure of criminality. The existing of some kinds of crimes, committed in grope form oftener, than others (crimes for profit, violent organized criminality ets.), are conformed. Application of social-psychological method in this work makes possible to display a big sphere of aspects of criminological research of grope criminality and to elaborate necessary determinations for understanding of grope criminal behavior such concepts as grope dynamics of criminal grope, grope sanctions, grope norms, grope pressure, grope conflict, grope cohesion, conforming, lederation, psychological influence. Special attention is given to the aspects, which it is necessary tare into consideration in elaboration of prevention measures of the grope criminality: age specialties; substance, character of criminal activity; typology of criminal gropes. On basis of this analysis of the grope criminality propositions for improvement of the Ukrainian Criminal Law are given.
