The synthesized high capacity DNA-containing immunoadsorbents combine the adsorptive properties of carbonic matrix with immibilized DNA. It makes them enable to remove from patient's plasma as anti-DNA antibodies as protein-bound metabolites, "middle" molecular weight substances.In serum of patients was observed the non-linear response of anti-DNA antibodies concentration on sequential serum dilution. Efficacy of DNA-containing immunoadsorbent using for anti-DNA antibodies removal from patients plasma with different autoimmune diseases makes them available for apply in different conditions with anti-DNA antibodies hyperproduction and accumulation. The dilution methods provide more deep plasma purification from anti-DNA antibodies.The covering of high-porosity charcoals with native calf thymus DNA gives the additional adsorption of proinflammatory cytokines. It indicates that DNA-containing immunoadsorbents on the base of superactive carbonic matrix also could be applied in Systemic InflammatoryResponseSyndrome (SIRS) treatment.
