Dissertation is devoted to upgrading diagnostics and treatment of patients with the Helicobacter pylori-associated duodenal ulcers in combination with hypertensive illness (HI), to the study of common links of pathogenesis of diseases. The results of research of physical and chemical properties of blood and gastric juice, system oxide of nitrogen, peroxide oxidization of lipids, system of antiradical defence, plasmatic activity of proinflammatory cytokines , indexes of unspecific immunity are represented. It is shown that at combination of peptic duodenal ulcers with HI there is stratification of clinical displays of diseases which are investigation of crossing of pathogenetic links. The inspected patients have the reliable changes in physical and chemical properties of blood and gastric juice. The circle of correlation communications is certain between indexes of interphase tensiometry and rheometry blood and gastric juice and the morpho-functional state of mucosa of stomach and duodenum, level of nitritemia, state of the POL and AOD system, cellular and cytokine link of immunity allow to use them in quality of criteria of diagnostics and estimation of quality of therapy at patients with a peptic duodenal ulcer in combination with HI. Efficiency of complex treatment of patients is appraised with a peptic duodenal ulcer in combination with HI with the use of glutargin. Positive influence of the offered therapy on the indexes of physical and chemical properties of blood and gastric juice, the POL-AOD system, system of oxide of nitrogen and immune spectrum of blood tracing in the process of treatment of patients.
