Morgulis M. Clinical and pathogenetic approaches to the therapy of chronic pancreatitis associated with chronic nonobstructive bronchitis patients

The dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of diagnostics and treatment of chronic pancreatitis associated with chronic obstructive bronchitis patients on the basis of deepening of knowledge about effect of cytokine chain changes, abnormality of calcium and lipid peroxidative homeostasis on the features of clinical course. There stated that chronic nonobstructive bronchitis in stage of remission doesn't effect essentially on clinical signs of chronic pancreatitis but further intensification of biochemical and immunological abnormalities. Such intensification is an evidence of the mutual burdening of the deseases. Intensification and direction of changes of cytokine chain indices, calcium and lipid peroxidative homeostasis depend on the character of pathological process in pancreas. There proved clinical and laboratory effectiveness of additional prescription to the basic therapy miacalcic and dalargin in the conditions of inflammation predominance and calcimine and pentoxiphyllin in the conditions of fibrous changes of pancreas tissue predominance.
