Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the surgical treatment of nasal septum deformations methods of provident operations for each type of nasal septum deformation were developed. The results of clinical observations, examinations and surgical treatment of 264 patients with nasal septum deformations are presented. There were two groups of the patients: the first group of 156 patients who underwent the provident operations according to the developed methodics, and the second group with 108 patients operated by Killian methodics. The gvaluation of the results of the operations and follow up results prooves the necossity of provedent operations for nasal septum in different types of its deformations.
