The causes, mechanisms of development and manifestations of the married couple desadaptation at paranoid schizophrenia at women in remission. According to the systemic approach to the research which allows to identify biogenous, sociogenous, psychogenous and negative social psychological factors in the formation of married couple desadaptation at this disease in females considering the quality of life, the types and quality of schizophrenia remission have been identified. The variants and forms of the married couple desadaptation have been determined, the relation of the primary, secondary sexual health disorders and the character and degree of the residual schizophrenia manifestations has been shown. The system of pathogenetical differentiated psychocorrection for the married couple including the schizophrenic female has been elaborated. The success of the correction is the most at paranoid remission compared to apathico-abulic type. At these both types the quality of psychocorrection. The general high and stable effect of psychocorrection at various types of the married couple desadaptation is equal 55,1 per cent.
