Essay

The dissertation is devoted to consideration criminally-legal and criminology problems of violation of a tomb. In the dissertation the bases of criminalization of this act are considered, the legal analysis of structure of the crime stipulated by item 297 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is given, the criminology characteristic of violation of a tomb is given. In the work are found out criminology determinants of fulfillment of the crimes stipulation by item 297 of the Criminal Code on the basis of which measures of prevention of such criminal encroachments are offered.
