The dissertation is devoted to complex analysis of the criminal legal aspects of the struggle with minor doping usage involving in the modern politic, social and economical situation in Ukraine under national constitutional law. Basing the law acts, archive documents, published materials and science literature investigation the conclusion about the weak criminal legal providing of defense the public relations about the guarding the sporting minor physical development and health is made. Author researches the abroad legal aspects of the struggle with minor doping usage involving and analyses it comparatively with the Ukrainian experience.
