Thesis is dedicated to the problem of increasing efficiency of treatment and prediction of the passing of duodenal peptic ulcer in military personal. The features of the factors of disease risk, state of general adaptive reactions of an organism and their intercommunication with ulсerogenesis factors have been revealed. The ways of improvement of therapy of H. pylori infection, erbisol and sulpirid positive influence on the dynamics of general adaptive reactions of an organism, clinical-laboratory over patching clinical course and treatment are ascertained. The recommendations till them for differential application with duodenal peptic ulcer are developed. The performer's criteria to the clinical course the duodenal peptic ulcer is obtained.
