The object is brain contusions; the aims is a prediction of the development of the brain contusion effects with haemorrhagic components according to computed tomography (CT) data depending upon the mode of treatment: conservative or operative: the methds are CT, craniograph, clinic and statistical methods. The new: A method of determining the remoteness of haemorrhage according CT was revealed. Acute period CT signs characterising the regularities of standard transformations of a contusion focus and the CT criteria of the development of complications were determined. The CT-symptoms of an acute period significant for the choice of therapy were disclosed. The main include algorithm of prognosis of the development of complications and algorithm of terms of control neurovisualisations correlation on CT-symptom of contusion focuses transformation considering premorbid brain tissue changes were developed.
