Object of researches: processes of development, tests, production and service of high technology manufacture. Purpose of researches: providing of the automated control of the production program of high technology manufacture, which directed on cutting production costs by means of increasing of unique equipment capital productivity by development of the economic monitoring information technology. Models, methods and information technologies of the automated control of the high technology manufacture production program, were used. The method of primary information transformation is developed for the first time for the quantitative estimation of degree of the use of capital assets of high technology manufacture by means of system of indexes of industrial activity complex analysis, which based on a multilevel balance model, that allows to take into account any detailing level of implementation of the enterprise production program and to provide the automated control by using of it.
