Lysenko K. “Ukraine’s Integration Into the World Economy in Context of Transnational Process”

Object of research are world integration processes in aspect of functioning of transnational corporations and participation in them of Ukraine. The purpose of dissertational work is development of methodological and scientific - practical approaches on activization of the international integration interaction of Ukraine in a context trasnationalization of the world economy. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the system analysis, synthesis, groupings and classifications, a structural method, a method of the statistical analysis, economic-mathematical methods, a method of forecasting. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions concerning a parity of processes of integration at regional and global levels, and also the decision of some scientific - practical problems concerning practical realization of integration of Ukraine in the world economy by means of inclusion in process trasnationalizationof economy. Practical results: conclusions and offers which contain in the dissertation will be, that, can be used by development of recommendations on optimization of interaction of an integration policy of Ukraine on macro- and microlevels with the purpose of activization of participation of Ukraine in world integration processes in a context trasnationalization of the world economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time the economic-mathematical model of research of dependence of development of investment forms of co-operation of Ukraine from dynamics of the foreign trade operations of Ukraine with the countries of EU and the CIS is developed; the estimation of potential of development of transnational business of the Ukrainian companies in the different markets is carried out; the mechanism of development OLІ - advantages of Ukraine is advanced; the structural model of development of forms of the international business at stages of development of the international economic integration is advanced; has received the further development definition of concept " transnational corporation "; ordering of kinds and forms of display trasnationalization process on macro- and microlevels is advanced. Degree of introduction: recommendations and the offers stated in the dissertation, are introduced in practical activities of Management of External Connections and Foreign Trade Activities of Donetsk Oblast Administration, Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber, Joint-Stock Company MMZ " ISTIL (Ukraine) ", Joint-Stock Company Combine " Kargill", are used in preparation of Recommendations V ІІІ, X, XІ the International scientific - practical seminar "Problems of Development of Foreign Economic Relations and Attraction of Foreign Investments: Regional Aspect " which have been directed to the President of Ukraine, to the Verkhovnaya Rada, the Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine, State Regional Administrations, are used in educational process of Donetsk National University.
