Object of research is process of integration of Ukraine in the world share market. The purpose of dissertational work consists in a deepening of theoretical positions, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations on formation of organizational - economic conditions of perfection of the mechanism of integration of Ukraine in the world share market. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the system analysis, synthesis, methods of the statistical and mathematical analysis, the comparative analysis, the system approach. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions concerning development of the world share market and development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning conditions and mechanisms of maintenance of integration of Ukraine in the world share market. Practical results: consist in development of scientific - practical positions and recommendations on perfection ofthe mechanism of integration of Ukraine in the world share market, to increase of a rating of the Ukrainian enterprises in the world share market and to maintenance of their appeal to foreign investors due to use of tools of the share market. Scientific novelty: for the first time the model of regulation of a securities market is developed, the algorithm of forecasting of development of the national share market in aspect of integration into the world market of securities is offered, the mechanism кругооборота financial investments with the help of the share market is generalized, definition of concept "world economy", the mechanism of integration of the share market of Ukraine in the world share market is advanced, has received the further development definition of consequences of the international movement of the capital for countries - exporters and countries - importers. Degree of introduction: recommendations and the offers stated in the dissertation, are introduced by Donetsk Сommercial and Industrial chamber, Regional Branch of Fund of State Property of Ukraine in Donetsk Area, the Main Economic Management of Donetsk City Council, Open Society " Donetsk Factory of the Mine-Rescue Equipment ", Joint-Stock Company " NORTH ", used in educational process of Donetsk National Technical University.
