Ruban O. The development of the musical form analysis terminological apparatus.

The thesis is devoted to studying the development of the terminological apparatus in musical form analysis. It is made on the basis of treatises, scientific investigations, hand-books which deal with the structural construction of the musical form. The work defines the categorical basis and the terminological device of musical form analysis, identifies their specificity, describes their parameters of continuity and evolution. It studies the process of categorical basis development on the basis of conceptual system invariant forming. It is the historical part of the dissertation where the early stage of the conceptual system of the classical in the antiquity and the Middle Ages is described. It shows the problem of different categorical bases interaction when historical and cultural paradigms come into collision. Perspectives of the categorical basis in musical form analysis development are characterized.
