The dissertation is devoted to the questions of in-creasing the effeciensy of ultrasonic diagnostics of kidney’s condition and upper urinary tract the obstructive uropathias by using data of Doppler ultrasonography of renal vessels and ureteral emissions. The regularities of chanching of renal ar-terial and venous hemodynamics and urodynamics of upper urinary tract depending on the stage of hydronephrosis, of renal colic and gestational pyelonephritis are established. The algoritms of ultrasonic examinations concerning the choice of therapevtic approach are marked.
