Kapustina N. Classical and non-classical approaches in the law philosophy researching of power phenomenon

Об'єкт дослідження - phenomenon of power in philosophy-law aspect. Мета дисертації - definition of the basic tendencies of process of entry classical, and then non-classical philosophy-law idea in the nature of the power relations. Методи дослідження - principle of development both unification historical and logic; a principle of mutual communication; the system-structural and functional approaches; rather-law and statistical methods. Наукова новизна - in a basis of transition from postclassical of outlook to classical the substitute teotsentrice of a principle "of will to trast" by a principle "of will to power" lays; at poststructuraliser the centre of attention is combined from external action of power on an internal field of forces in sphere irresponsible; the understanding of power as abilities, first of all abilities to existence is offered.
