The thesis describe a structure of mental disorders in the participants liquidation consequence to damages on Chernobyl atomic power station with diseases of the thyroid gland at remote period after stay in zone of the catastrophe, peculiarities of these disorders course on the basis of the marked psycho-endocrine syndrome. It is proved that these patients have disorders which are most often revealed on the organic level, and clinical particularities and severity of disorders manifestations have positive correlation with the reduction of the functions of the thyroid gland. Is it also proved that mental disorders in participant liquidation consequence to damages, which diseases of the thyroid gland, have typical symptoms of psycho-endocrine syndrome on early stages of the development already both mental disorders and pathology of the thyroid gland. The revealed particularities of the current psycho-endocrine syndrome exactly for these category patients: a participant to liquidation consequence to damages on basis pathology of the thyroid gland with tendentious to hypothyroidism. It Is Proved that for all patients - a participant to liquidations consequence to damages are a typical affective tendency and changes of intellectual and memory sphere. The designed complex of the diagnostics is soldered psychological manifestation enables to find the mental disorders in these patients on early stage of their shaping and check efficiency of the treatment. The designed complex approach to treatment these patients allow to shorten the period to time disability and enlarge the period to remissions.
