Dissertation is dedicated to investigation of juvenile rheumatoid and infectional-allergic (reactive) arthrities clinical course of the base of HBV-infection. It was proved that in combination of these somatic and infectional pathologies a number of clinical peculiarities exist. They are: clinical peculiarities of arthritic syndrome, indexes rheumatic diseases activity, functional status of the liver, level of systemic endotoximice, biochemical indicators of immune system, level of endogenic interferone, are presented.
