For the first time the optimum algorithm of use of clinical and laboratory methods of research at patients with AH are determined. It has enabled to reveal the most probable period of formation AH, to find out character and localization of elements of defeat depending on a degree of weight of current of disease. To reveal risk factors of occurrence and risk factors of relapses of disease, to establish changes colonization resistances: microbiological and immunology parts. The revealed infringements increase with increase in a degree of weight and prevalence of disease. Introduction in complex therapy of new preparations for external application, imudon and antihistominis a preparation of III-generation telfast is significant correct a condition colonization resistances, parameters humoral and cellular immunity. The suggested therapy allows to increase considerably therapeutic efficiency of treatment AH clinical remission during 1 month was observed at 80,9 % of patients which accepted the algorithm of therapy suggested by us, than at 60 % with traditional therapy and reduction of duration of the period of an aggravation on 8 days.
