Essay

The object of the study: The injury of the spine backbone due osteoporosis. The goal of the study: tob substantiate and work out the metod of puncture vertebroplastics in patient with the compression of the thoracic lumbar spine fractures osteoporosis. The methods of the study: clinical, roentgenographic, biochemical, mathematical, biomechanical and morphological. The ultrasonic – densitometries has been carried out on "Sonosot-2000" apparatus, computer tomography has been conducted on the spiral CT "SELECT SP" made by "Marcony Medical Systems. Science novelty: on the basis of the clinical and roentgenological investigation the classification of vertebral compression fractures due osteoporosis has been proposed, some criteriaof infavourable course of the illness have been established. The compound of composites material on the base of bone cement, hidroxiapatites and threecalciumphosphate in order to fill up bone imperfects has been mathematically substantiafed. On the bases of biochemical investigations it has been revealed that the destructive-dystrophical changings are tracking not only in the bone tissue but also in cartilage components of the vertebral segments with compression fractures of the vertebral the osteoporosis. During the experiment on laboratory animals with modeled osteoporosis, the waynof vertebraplastics by compositional material (TCF - 80%, HAP - 20%)20%, bone cement - 80%) has been substantiated for the fist time and histological characteristics of the bone issue during vertebraplastics have been discovered. The device and method of medical treatment of the fractures of osteoporosis vertebral permits to fulfil the doge supplying of the substances to the vertebral has been waked out. On the bases of clinical roentgenogram laboratory investigations the principals of determination of the reading and selection of vertebroplastics have been proposed. Practical significance of the study. The usage of the given classification of vertebral compression fractures due osteoporosis ensures the timely and correct determination of the medical factics. The complex of biochemical inspectation in patients with vertebral compressional fractures due osteoporosis on the different stages dissemination of the illness and also attended disease has been worked out. The recommendations according to the correction of the somatic condition of the patients with compression fractureswith the aim to improve the consolidation conditions have been determined. The medical-biological effectiveness of composite material ((TCF - 80%, HAP - 20%)20%, bone cement - 80%) for bone imperfects vertebral plastics due osteoporosis has been proved. The experimental investigation data served as a substantiation for the clinical approve. An order to prevent and prophylactics of the secondarybvertebral deformation a method device and factics of surgery treatment of the vertebral fractures due osteoporosis have been worked out (Declaration patent of Ukranian №69918). The results of the stude have inculcated into the practices Sytenko Institute of Spine and Joint Pathology of Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences, Uzhgorod Central clinical hospital, Kharkiv Regional clinical hospital.
