Essay

The object of research: electric power installations efficient-dispatching and commercial management. The purpose of research: creation complex information handling means, which provides increase of effectiveness of dispatching and electrical energy metering systems. Methods of research: mathematical simulation, harmonic analysis, the method of symmetrical components, digital filtering, complex analysis of electric circuits. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: digital technology of the complex information handling in the multifunction converter is worked up; errors of the mode parameters digital determination and metering circuit structure and characteristics influence on the accuracy of this determination at the different operating modes are analyzed and fixed. The subject and degree of the application: Results of this work have been applied in designing digital complex information handling means, specifically three-phase power meter "Kaskad", which is commercially produced by PA "Kievpribor". Effectiveness of implantation: dispatching and electrical energy metering systems technical complete improvement. The sphere of application: control and electrical energy metering systems at the power industry.
