Zasunko S. Administrative-legal regulation of the Technogenic to Safety in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of problems of admistrative-legal regulation in the sphere of ensuring technogenic safety in Ukraine: the concept of technogenic safety is specified of activities in ensuring technogenic safety is exposed; mechanism of regulation of public relations directed on ensuring technogenic safety is determined; the system of subjects of ensuring technogenic ensuring and their interaction is investigated; description of legal and organization forms of such activities is given; the main types of administrative delinquencies that influence on technogenic dangerous state are generalized. Recommendations concerning improvements to currenti in force legislation, departaiental normative documents in the sphere of ensuring technogenic safety, grounds and procedure of making somebody answerable for delinquencies in the sphere of technogenic safety are worked out and given in the work.
