the object - tissue parodontitis, experimental animal, parodontic films; the novelty - decided a problem of raise of effectiveness of treatment patients with generalization parodontit by the complicated candidasis is observed more, with use paradontic films antimicrobic and antimicotic actions; the methods -clinical, rentgenogical, microbiological, statistical; the new is devoted to questions of treatment generalization parodontit І - ІІ degrees with use paradontic films antimicrobic and antimicotic actions, which contain metronidazole and miconasol under conditional name "Tricalen". Inspection has shown, that at complex treatment with use of films "Tricalen" his duration almost has twice decreased; the outcomes -the lead microbiological tests have shown, that connections of metronidazole in concentrationof 0,4% and miconasol - 0,1% as paradontic films shows optimum antimicrobic, antifungoid and antiprotozoan action.In conditions of experiment it is proved, that film "Tricalen" concern to group toxicum safe medical products, have no locus-irritating and allergic action, do not cause pathological changes in internal bodies, show effective healing-wound activity at chemical and thermal burns.
