Tomilin V. Development and clinical motivation of application of individual dento-gingival protectives from material "BOKSIL-EXTRA"

The thesis is dedicated to clinical and laboratory estimation of new domestic constructional material for manufacturing indi-vidual dento-gingival protectives from material "BOKSIL-EXTRA", motivation of technology of use and estimation of its clinical efficiency. Based on experimental study of physical and mechanical, and clinical and technological characteristics the system of estimating material quality for individual dento-gingival protectives has been developed. Methods of manufac-turing individual dento-gingival protectives from material "BOKSIL-EXTRA" are improved on the account of functional-occlusion-tonic print by means of individual impression tray, with simultaneous three-dimensional modeling of vestibular surface. Algorithm of estimation of quality and diagnostics of wear-out of individual dento-gingival protectives at different periods of their clinical use has been developed, as well as is motivation of the most efficient way of disinfection of individ-ual dento-gingival protectives depending on aspectual composi-tion and number of microorganisms
