Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an estimation of function of the right departments of heart in the healthy mature infants and development of echocardiographic diagnostic criteria of defeats of heart by hypoxia in newborns with perinatal hypoxia. For an estimation of volumes and functions of the right ventricle of the heart have been developed a way of definition of functional volumes of the right ventricle in newborns. Received data of echocardiographic research with use of a way of an estimation of the right ventricle volumes, dynamics of parameters of diastolic functions of both ventricles, pressure in pulmonary arteries, on a background of the period of newborn's adaptation have allowed to allocate 2 stages: the 1st stage - the period of primary adaptation, the 2nd stage - the period of stabilization.
