Essay

In the dissertation results of researches of interaction between the strains, which were selected as adapted to root exudates of the winter wheat, with plants and microbial association of their root zone are adduced. Concrete topography of a population of introduced strains inside rhizosphere and edaphosphere was established. It was approved that their colonisation of root zone can initiate some changes of taxonomic and functional structure of microbic associations for the rhizosphere. High activity ot different strains, production of phytohormonal and antibiotic substances, and assimilation of low solved phosphates can increase general nitrogen fixing activity, activate destruction of cellulose amounts in soils, and establish antifungal capacity of rhizosphere. All above-mentioned factors lead to increase of general productivity of the plants. Technologies to use the complex biological preparations for increase of general productivity of the winter wheat and barley plants were developed.
