Goncharuk O. Dichotomy of law: public law and private law.

The thesis is devoted to a problem of existence of an appearance of dichotomy of law in the system of law. Basing on the researched scientific products of many domestic and foreign lawyers, the author justifies existence of dichotomy of law as objective appearance at definition of the system of law in the state. In operation sharing law on public and quotient is researched, the criteria of such sharing are allocated, the orbs of interaction and interpenetration of two subsystems of law are defined. The different scientific views on dichotomy of law, in particular, nihilistic are considered. The main historical factors of creation of an appearance of dichotomy, conceptual approaches to sharing law are allocated. The thesis justifies necessity of outputs about objectivity of existence of dichotomy of law, which does not depend on this or that scientific, philosophical tastes of the contributors. The scientific outputs and contoured probable reforming of the system of law of Ukraine are formulated, on thebasis of perception of the concept of sharing of law on public and quotient.
