In the thesis attention is paid to the study of effectiveness increase of orthopedic aiding to chronic ishemia patients on the basis of analysis and indications study of orthopedic treatment depending on the cardiovascular system's functional conditions. An algorithm has been worked out and introdused which should be used when choosing patients for further orthopedic treatment after obligatory stomatological manipulations conduction and according to cardiologist's estimation of cardivascular system's reaction to the manipulations; it is inrodused into studying process.
