Object - patients ill with duodenal ulcer (DU) in combination with duodenogastric (DGR) and gastroesophageal (GER) refluxes; methods - clinical, endoscopic, ultrasonografic, histological, bacteriological, statistical; novelty - the clinical pattern of DU in combination with DGR and GER has been examined. The prevalence DGR and GER combination with DU with the Lviv Oblast residents has been examined for the first time and a double increase in such combination in the course of 10 previous years has been determined.
