It substantiates the methods of their development based on the use of the system of didactic stimulating exercises as the means of the management of the process of their formation and depends on the pedagogic skilloy the teacher and the use of the advanced innovative approaches to their formation. In the process of investigation the criteria and the levels of the development of stochastic notions with the pupils are defined. It is proved that stochastic approach is feasible for the pupil's beginning from the first year of study.
