Essay

The object - technological process and hardware components processing of the gardens interbodywood strips of intensive type.The purpose - to increase the effectiveness of soil processing in gardens interbodywood strips of intensive type through the development of sliding section with the vertical cutter. The methods - Theoretical research was done with the application of fundamental principles of Mathematics, Theoretical Mechanics and Theories of Agricultural Mechanics. Experimental research was done in the laboratory and industrial conditions where the methods of multifactorial experiments planning and methods of statistical computer processing were used.The novelty - 1) analytical links between the best values of the cutter diameter, magnitude of pulling out and lengths of the feeler and statistical characteristics of an interbodywood strip and the distance of trees from an axis were established; 2) it was also substantiated the analytical dependence of the smallest area around the trunk cultivated by the raw cutter on characteristics of an interbodywood strip, shelter belt and the kinematical parameter of the cutter lever pulling while rounding a trunk; 3) analytical dependence of minimum possible installation angle of the knives vertical part considering their acuminating angle and the kinematical parameter of the cutter traffic was specified. Outcomes of the research. Practical value of the outcomes consists of a scientific substantiation of the design parameters and rational operating modes of the section with a vertical cutter. The results of scientific research were sent to the Institute of Gardening of UAAS and will be used for designing of new machines and for improving of old ones and their parts for soil cultivation in interbodywood strips. The area - machines and tools of mechanization of farming industry.
