Puzyrniy V. The legal regulation of persons’ labour demanding a special protection.

The thesis is devoted to the research of the legal regulation of the labour activity of persons’ demanding a special protection under the conditions of the modern legal state building, transformations from the administrative – command relations to the market ones, and differentiation peculiarities in such persons’ legal labour regulation. The classification of persons’ demanding a special protection has been done, the aim and the task of such persons’ special legal protection have been defined. A special attitude is given to the legal analysis of such persons’ labour demanding a special protection regulations, especially to the problem of employment, establishing and changing the labour conditions and also suspending the labour legal relations with this category of workers. The peculiarities of the legal regulations of working hour, leave and such persons’ labour protection demanding a special care are being researched. In accordance with the results of the research the concrete proposals forimproving the legal regulation of the labour relations with the participation of the persons’ demanding a special protection in Ukraine are given in each part."
