Moroz G. Law regulation of public participation in making decisions into the nature protection sphere.

The thesis is devoted to investigation of juridical bases of public participation in making decisions, which has ecological importance. Specifically, the process of forming and development of public participation in making decisions into the nature protection sphere is investigated. Substance of terms «ecological public», «ecological importance decisions». «forms of public participation in making ecological importance decisions». Special features it’s realization in particle ecological importance decision’s making are described. In the thesis the analyses of modern Ukrainian legislation and international juridical documents from investigated was made. On the base of this analyses some propositions were formed, which are connected with improvement of the law regulation of relations in the public nature activity sphere, especially by the kind of making and adoption special legislation for more effective regulation it’s relations in this sphere.
