The dissertation is devoted to definition of the essence, grounds and procedure of administrative jurisdiction activity of local policeman and also ways of it’s improvement. There are studied and defined the definition of administrative jurisdiction activity as a part of general administrative activity of local policeman. The role and authority powers of local policeman as a police officer are also determined. There are analyzed contents, grounds and procedure of administrative jurisdiction activity of local policeman.
