Object - operative management of organizational-technical objects; purpose - increase of efficiency of operative management by complex difficultly formalizable organizational-technical objects in conditions of destabilizing factors due to increase of quality and a faultlessness of actions of the dispatcher, by use system of support of decision-making (SSDM), allowing by means of new techniques, models and methods to estimate situations arising in work; methods - theories of the system analysis, the theory of complex systems, theories of casual processes, theories of identification of complex control systems, theories of decision-making in conditions of multialternativeness, uncertainty and risk; novelty - is developed model of interaction of the dispatcher and system of support of decision-making which uses model of dialogue behaviour of intellectual partners; have received the further development tool means of modelling of problems of automation of the certain functions of operative management; for the first time the module which provides the analysis of the operative decisions accepted by the dispatcher is included in structure SSDM; results - increase of efficiency of operative management by organizational-technical objects mining quarry due to more optimal decisions of the dispatcher; it is introduced - in educational process on faculty of mathematics and information disciplines Krivoi Rog of branch of the European university, - on manufacture at Northern ore dressing combine, Krivoi Rog; branch - the mining industry.
