Essay

Object - bitumen modified with polymers, bituminous concrete and bituminous polymer concrete of different granulametrical types of their utilization; aim - to provide high shift resistance of bituminous polymer concrete through regulation the property of binder implanting optimum quantity of polymers of different categories and select optimum microstructure of obtained bituminous polymer concrete; methods - standard testing methods of bitumen and bituminous concrete and also methods and devises developed on chair TRBM KhNADU: cohesiometr, adhesion of binder with mineral mount and bituminous concrete resistance shift in tortion, thereto track-line formation in bituminous concrete was used, static methods of processing the results of investigations were used; novelty - equation reflecting the process of bituminous concrete and bituminous polymer concrete shifting was proposed, the rise of increasing effect of polymers in relation to hardness of bituminous concrete in cohesion drop and rise of modified bitumen penetration is specified, the existence of close correlative connection between bituminous polymer concrete resistance to shifting and to tension and cohesion and penetration of bitumen modified with polymers is shown, ambiguous connection between bituminous polymer concrete strength and temperature of softening BMP is shown; results - are used in producing bituminous concrete mixtures on bituminous concrete factory "Stroiinvest", Kharkiv, in academic course in KhNADU; field - road building.
