3. Dissertation is dedicated of the use of the sodium hypochlorite under the surgical treatment of the breast cancer. It was proved that due to the preliminary processing by sodium hypochlorite of malignant cells their proliferative and metastatic potential decreased. It was proved that the local introoperative use of sodium hypochlorite enhances the treatment efficacy: decreases the frequency and prolongation of the first postoperative complications. frequency of development of relapses and metastasis was decreased; duration of the period before disease progression as well as indices of overall 3-year survival were increased.
