Essay

The object is propagation electromagnetic waves in multy-layer structure and it’s interaction with active waves; the purpose is studying of electrodynamics property of structure, which is created with uniform plasma-like semispace and semiconductor layer-periodical structure; the methods are transmission matrix (matrix transformation), Green’s formula, graphics method for solution of equations system; the new approach are: for the first time add symmetry creates conditions for surface wave’s phase velocity decreasing. For the first time increments of wave’s growing during interaction kinetic waves with eigenwaves in the examined structure are obtained. For the first time matrix elements of nonlinear three-waves interaction in the semiconductor structure are obtained, also the existing of fixed state and it’s existing and stability conditions are determined.
