Мета дисертації - revealing the basic aspects of intellectual culture of the lawyer as organic constituting spiritual culture and attempt of its philosophical-legal analysis. Наукова новизна - have received the further development concept "intellectual culture of the lawyer", basic principles and functions of intellectual culture of the lawyer; for the first time is proved, that the legal thinking is by one of the important parameters of law-making; for the first time is proved, that the formation of intellectual culture of the lawyer is complex multipartite process including the laws of the nature. Практичне значення - the received results can be used for the further scientific-theoretical engineering of problems of legal culture and by preparation of the tutorials, grants on legaldeontology, philosophy of law and theory of state and law. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the results of research are used in educational process of the Lvov state university of internal affairs.
