Essay

3,4-Annelated coumarins. The synthesis of new 3,4-annelated coumarins and searching effective physiologically active substances. Organic synthesis, spectral methods, polarymetry, thin layer chromatography, pharmacologic screening. A new effective method of synthesis of polysubstituted linear and angularic hydrochromenooxazin-2-on is developed. It is set, that 4-dimethylaminopyridine is the most effective base for the synthesis. The methods of synthesis of new modified linear and angularic analogues of natural furocoumarins and piranocoumarins on the basis of hydroxyderivative of 3,4-annelated coumarins are optimized. The preparative methods of synthesis of derivative of heterocyclic spirosystem are first developed. On results of primary pharmacological screening perspective low toxic substances which show high biological activity is exposed. The sphere of use - bioorganic chemistry, organic chemistry.
