Bugera O. Problems of use of mass media for prevention of crimes among the juveniles.

In the thesis the complex criminological assessment is made of drawbacks of activity of mass media which contribute to delinquency among the juveniles, the factors are established which determine it, as well as recommendations are offered as to the prevention of this delinquency. The proposals are elaborated as to the perfection of existing legislation concerning protection of juveniles against destructive influence of information products, in particular, with elements of aggression and violence. Connection is established between the destructive influence of mass media and unlawful behaviour of juveniles. Measures are offered as to the general-social and special-criminalistic prevention of crimes of juveniles by means of improvement of work of mass media.
