Rogov A. Development of calculation methodics of automobiles and tractors engine-transmission systems

Object of research: process of development and improvement of methods of building and calculation of mathematical models of transmissions. The purpose of research: development of methods of modeling of transmissions for perspective vehicles. Methods of research: the basics of the theoretical mechanics, methods of matrix algebra, theory of optimization, numerical methods of integration, object-oriented programming. Theoretical and practical results: the technique of mathematical matrix modeling of autotractor transmissions is advanced; the technique of dense packing of force unknown in complete transmissions matrix systems is developed; is submitted analytical mathematical model of radial-piston hydromachine with spherical pistons as elements of stepless transmissions and the analysis of an opportunity of application of similar hydromachines in domestic auto tractor transmissions is carried out; the mathematical model of spatial movement of a vehicle for a general case of non-uniform turn on the given surface is advanced; the system of the automated designing of any transmission of vehicles at a level of creation of structure and choice of design data set of systems "engine - transmission" is developed. Novelty: analytical interrelations between performance kinematic and force parameters of radial-piston hydrovolumetric transfers with spherical pistons and both mechanical and volumetric losses in them for the first time are received; have received the further development: the methodical bases of the transmissions matrix analysis are advanced; methodical bases of the dynamic analysis of system "engine - transmission"; methodical bases of construction of complete matrix mathematical models of transmissions. A degree of introduction: the recommendations and technical decisions are used at transmission design departments of Kharkov Tractor Plant ", Holding Company "AutoKrAZ", Donetsk tractor plant.
