Effectiveness of investment projects. Development of theoretical bases and providing of practical recommendations for the evaluation of effectiveness of investment projects under the conditions of uncertainty and risk. The general methods of scientific cognition, in particular: the analysis, synthesis, systemic-functional approach, integrated approach, analogy, comparison, a historicism, imitating modeling. The definitions of the essence of investment project, efficiency of the investment project, the list and the priority of the purposes of the investment project's realization are improved. It is developed the model of a complex estimation of economic efficiency of the investment project under the conditions of risks, the criteria of the usage of the efficiency of investment projects' estimation methods. It is specified the algorithm of the appraisal of effectiveness of foreign investment projects and it is determined the factors which can influence it. The recommendations for the improvement of the evaluation of effectiveness of investment projects, for the appraisal of the creditability of the borrower and for the unification of the algorithm of calculation of the investment project's efficiency parameters are introduced.
